Your Data is as important to us as it is to you, all digital data is stored behind software and hardware firewalls. All physical documentation is securely stored under lock and key, with Alarm, CCTV, and Kotag access control.

Your Data may be held securely in either digital and physical documentation forms.
Any Data obtained for quotation and enquiry basis is stored for 3 years.
All Data obtained for contracting, invoicing, warranty and service basis is kept indefinitely.
All data is permanently destroyed upon request or upon the anniversaries advised above unless the data has to be retained for legal reasons.
